This is the philosophy that accompanies Cristina Guezuraga , creative director, who once again has emerged as the winner of the original contest of her agency, Ros. The award? 2 extra days of vacation. Requirement? Order the days in the most creative way possible. And what better, Cristina thought, than to ask the creativity guru, Toni Segarra , for help to achieve her goal. "Toni came as a speaker at Serifalaris, a creativity and design meeting held in Getxo, which is precisely where we have the agency," Cristina Guezuraga tells MarketingDirecto.com. «I sent him an email asking: 'Since you're coming to Getxo, can you help me ask my boss for a vacation?', with a link to a video I made expressly for him, in which I told him all my previous requests.
